  1. Order Splitting: Your order may be split into multiple shipments based on various factors such as product availability, the range of items in your order, or warehouse locations. This is done to ensure you receive your items as swiftly as possible.
  2. Shipping Fees: In the event of your order being divided into multiple parts, there will not be any additional shipping fees. You will only be charged the amount initially stated at checkout.
  3. Shipping Notifications: You will receive separate shipping notifications, each containing a unique tracking number, for every individual shipment dispatched.
  4. Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary due to the individual availability of products. Each shipment will be dispatched as soon as the items within it become available. However, the maximum time for delivery is set at 45 days.
  5. Order Tracking: Customers are able to track their orders by logging into their account and selecting "Orders".
  6. Delayed Delivery: In the unlikely event that your order isn't delivered within the 45-day timeframe, we offer you the option to apply for a full refund.
